Welcome to the Mount Jackson Finance Department! We're here to keep the town's finances running smoothly so we can all enjoy the wonderful community we call home. From paying your water bill to getting your business license, we handle the day-to-day financial operations for the Town of Mount Jackson. We also work hard behind the scenes coordinating the annual audit and working with the Finance & Personnel Committee to craft the town's budget.
Need to make a payment? We've got you covered! A convenient payment drop box is located on the right side of Town Hall at 5901 Main Street.
To help you stay on top of things, here are some important dates to remember:
Annual Dates:
- January 1st: Business Licenses on Sale
- January 31st: Real Estate & Personal Property Taxes Due
- March 1st: Business License Due Date
Monthly Recurring Dates:
- 15th of each month: Water Bills Due
- 20th of prior quarter: Lodging Tax Due
- 20th of prior month: Meals Tax Due
