Town Hall Rentals
Looking for a space to host your next meeting, workshop or gathering? The Town of Mount Jackson offers two versatile rental options:
- Lower Level Conference Room: Perfect for smaller gatherings, this room is available for rent at an hourly rate of $25.
- Visitors' Center: Ideal for larger events or those requiring more space, the Visitors' Center is available for rent at a daily rate of $100 per function.
To Rent:
- Visit the Town Office: Stop by during business hours to fill out a Request Use Form.
- Secure Your Date: Reserve your preferred date and time.
- Pay the Deposit: A $100 refundable deposit is required for all rentals.
- Enjoy Your Event: Host your gathering in a clean and welcoming space.
Important Notes:
- Fees: All rental fees must be paid in cash, check, or money order.
- Deposit Refund: Your deposit will be returned once the space is inspected and found to be clean, and all furniture is returned to its original location.
- Multi-Day Events: Functions requiring more than one day for setup may have higher rental fees.
