All payments must arrive before the due date (15th of each month) to avoid late penalties. Please note that all online payments are not posted until the next business day.
Water service reconnections due to nonpayment will be performed Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Late payments made after 3:00 PM will be reconnected the next business day.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and E-Check payments online. We will receive an instant notification of your payment and will post it to your account the next business day. Account numbers must match exactly what is on your bill (enter all numbers and dashes).
You may continue to pay in the office with cash, check, money order, or use our night drop box.
