Welcome to the Town of Mount Jackson's online payment portal! We're excited to offer this convenient way to manage your water, sewer, trash, and tax bills. Town staff members are always looking for ways to better serve our community, and we hope this online option makes your life a little easier.
Making Payments Easier for You
Beginning February 18, 2021, we launched online bill pay for both utility (Water/Sewer/Trash) and tax (Real Estate/Personal Property) bills. This means you can now pay from the comfort of your home, anytime, day or night!
Important Information About Payment Options:

Online Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and E-Check payments online. You'll receive instant confirmation of your payment, and it will be posted to your account the next business day. To ensure proper credit, please double-check that your account number matches exactly what's on your bill (enter all numbers and dashes).

In-Office Payments: While online payments are encouraged, we understand that sometimes a personal touch is preferred. You can still pay in person at our office with cash, check, or money order. Please note that we will no longer accept credit card payments in the office after February 18, 2021.

Night Drop Box: For after-hours convenience, we also have a night drop box available for check or money order payments.

Security Deposits: Please note that security deposits must be paid in the office by cash, check, or money order.
A Few Friendly Reminders:

Due Dates: All payments must arrive before the 15th of each month to avoid late penalties. Remember that online payments are not posted until the next business day, so please plan accordingly.
Water service reconnections due to nonpayment will be performed Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Late payments made after 3:00 PM will be reconnected the next business day.

Accuracy: When paying online, please double-check your account number and payment amount before submitting. This helps ensure your payment is applied correctly and avoids any confusion.
